Melissa Goodwin-Bell attended William Penn University, earning a B.S. in Business Management. Melissa joined Pharmacists Mutual as a Field Representative in 2019, serving members in western Missouri. She has several years in the insurance industry. She is currently working toward the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. In her spare time she volunteers in her local neighborhood associations, the local Chamber of Commerce, and the Miss America Organization.
