25-Year Innovation Perspectives on Collective IMPACT for the Patients We Serve Please join us for an interesting panel discussion with a group of pharmacists who improved peoples’ lives in Project ImPACT: Hyperlipidemia and through the continuing quality of their actions and integrity of their intent became extraordinary leaders in our profession. This landmark study was the beginning of a wave of Foundation initiatives that have successfully fused new point-of-care technology innovations with optimized processes of care demonstrating the value of patient-centered, team-based care models that include pharmacists. We plan to explore past, present, and future practice transformation innovations that will help us all with insights and experiences that will catalyze efforts for inventing the preferred future we seek in healthcare delivery.
