The Chief Pharmacy Consultants from the U.S. Public Health Service, Department of Veterans Affairs, U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Coast Guard and the Defense Health Agency will participate in a live panel discussion with a moderator hosting and asking questions related to current significant issues in Federal Pharmacy to include: the impact of the COVID pandemic on respective department / agency pharmacy operations; pharmacists involvement in COVID vaccine storage, distribution and administration; leadership challenges faced during the pandemic; federal pharmacy personnel deployment in support of Operation Warp Speed and the federal government’s response to the pandemic and other relevant challenges and issues facing federal pharmacy. Federal Chiefs will respond to questions and provide their perspectives.
