Dr. Grant is a nuclear medicine physician, pediatric radiologist, and endocrinologist. He recently was appointed staff physician in the Department of Radiology at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, after serving as a member of the Division of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging at Boston Children’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School. Dr. Grant has been a faculty member in the Harvard Joint Program in Nuclear Medicine, and served as JPNM Program Director from 2012 to 2016. He is vice-chair of the Nuclear Medicine Residency Review Committee of the ACGME. Dr. Grant is an active member of the Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging, where he has served as Speaker of the House of Delegates and currently is a member of the Board of Directors and chair of the Committee on Radioiodine Therapy. He is an associate editor of the most recent edition of Treves’ Pediatric Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging. Dr. Grant has special interests in pediatric nuclear medicine, imaging and treating thyroid diseases, oncology imaging and radionuclide therapy, novel PET tracers, and medical education.
